SAKI guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by the User under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal data identified as mandatory in the order form is essential for SAKI to provide its services. The User is responsible for not including or incorrectly providing any of this data, which may lead to SAKI refusing to provide the Service.

The User's personal data is processed and stored in SAKI's database and is intended to be used by SAKI for the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User, and, if the User has authorized it, to advertise SAKI’s products.

In accordance with applicable law, the User is guaranteed the right to access, remove, and update their personal data, free of charge, directly or upon written request, as well as the right to object to the use of their data for the purposes mentioned. To do so, the User should contact the department responsible for managing personal data at hello@saki-world.pt.

The internet is an open network, meaning that the User’s personal data and other information can circulate on the web without security conditions, potentially being accessed and used by unauthorized third parties.
